Funny how you loons claim the President has nothing to do with gas prices when a Democrat is in office and they are high, but as soon as they drop, which happens almost every year around this time, you morons are crowing.

Property tax bills are based upon greedy governments, not the housing market. Reassessing properties and setting rates is done by local politicians who sometime use an inflated market as a camouflage to hide their greed. If there is no way, under your state law not to reassess, it doesn't stop the taxing agencies from reducing the millage so they don't have unjust enrichment.
