Gameover: Hate filmmaker jailed

Irrelevent. The feds didn't "interview" him because he was an identity thief. The interviewed them because Obama sent them to make his life as unpleasant as possible.

You keep saying this..

But, yet you have NO proof that Obama did this.

Oh puhleeze. If Obama raped a 4-year-old on the capital steps on live television, turds like you would claim there wasn't any proof.

Do federal officials take orders from the president or not?

You know what that makes you? A liar. Better go repent to your "savior".

I'm not a Christian, so your attempt to insult me missed its mark.

So Nakoula was jailed because he's not a good filmmaker?

He is an identity thief who used the internet to steal other people's Social Security numbers to criminally acquire a fortune to the tune of $800,000.

As a result of this crime, a condition of his probation is not to use the internet without supervision..

Wrong, asshole. the judge did not mention using the internet in his order to have the man jailed.

Stop being an obtuse dickhead.

Why are you apologizing for a low-life criminal?

.

When are you going to admit you're a goose-stepping fascist thug who is perfectly content with the President of the United States violating the Bill of Rights?

Is it a violation of my RIGHTS to use taxpayer funds to defend a foreign country?
Is it a violation of my RIGHTS to use taxpayer funds to provide foreign aid?

Judge orders 'Innocence of Muslims' filmmaker to jail - latimes.com

He must be executed with his extremist supporters for posing danger to the community.

When you get busted for check fraud, using an alias while on probation is a No-no.

That's kinda obvious.

But some many people have hard time following the facts of this story.

He used a nom de plume, not an alias, moron. He didn't use another name to sign any legal document. Furthermore, the judge didn't send him to jail for using an alias. that accusation is totally bogus.

Not according to the Bill of Rights. However, arresting someone for making a video is a clear violation of the First Amendment.

Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; [1]nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

All you leftest socialist attack freedoms.

Good argument...

Go back to Circle K.

Hey it beats living on welfare like you.

You said you work at Circle K..

Did I ever say I was on welfare? I am not, I have a pretty comfy job and part own my own business.

I did get an education on the government dime, but then I paid it back... The government even made money off of me..

You like stuff that is make believe... Eh? :eusa_shifty: You probably like Jesus.

I'm not a Christian, so your attempt to insult me missed its mark.

Could have fooled me...

You believe in make believe stuff that has no proof... Like the fact that Obama ordered his "goons" on this poor poor innocent man.

Give it a break, not one person is buying your crap... You have NO PROOF.

It's not "make believe," moron. I made a reasonable inference. Either implicitly or explicitly, all federal officials take their orders from the President. If Obama isn't responsible, then you would have to admit Bush wasn't in any way responsible for Abu Ghraib.

The idea that some federal goons would take such an obviously controversial step without sending their intentions up the chain of command doesn't pass the laugh test.

did you have a point of some kind?

Sorry bro..

Without proof.. It is, indeed, make believe.

Pretty simple... You have two choices:

1. Accept that without proof, it is, a LIE.
2. Provide proof and prove me wrong.

Good luck chump.

Not everything lacking 100% proof is a lie.

It's an inference. Look that up because you obviously don't know the meaning of the term.

Of course it is a choice what people believe in, but there are a few people who take their religion very seriously.
I don't think any religion should be mocked - especially in a movie based on lies.

Shut up with this bullshit FASCIST crap this early in the morning. This is America.. If you don't like free speech, you're free to fucking leave and fast! Take your sorry ass out the damn door and take all those who believe as you do, WITH YOU.

It appears that YOU are the one who is attempting to supress free speech. :D
And it appears you only notice it when it's convenient for your liberal bias.

Hypocrite.

Nice try..

I never said that I needed 100%, I'll take any tidbit of proof you got that Obama called his "goons" on this convicted criminal.

Once again, good luck... Chump.

I already gave that to you, moron. Anyone who understands how these things work knows that Obama gave his OK to have the feds interrogate the man and then arrest him.

did you have a point of some kind?

1) Are you familiar with the US Constituion?

2) Is the Fifth Amendment STILL considered as part of the Bill of Rights?

3) Did I ever consent to have my money , my property, used to defend a foreign country ?

4) Are you stonewalling?

Sorry, but paying taxes is not a violation of the 5th Amendment. The 16th Amendment was approved by Congress and 3/4 of the states.
