In an interview with ABC News' Juju Chang, Florida attorney Joel Leppard revealed new details regarding his clients' closed-door testimony before the private bipartisan committee -- including that his clients told congressional investigators that Gaetz paid for them to travel across state lines to have sex on at least two occasions.
The attorney also said that the women provided the committee with text messages they allegedly exchanged with Gaetz about the acquisition of drugs and payments that the attorney said were, in part, for sex.
Even if true....I'm not even mad....Their body, their choice....Am I right?
I mean everybody knows that politicians screw people. At least the whores got paid for it and got to enjoy a show to boot.

This is nothing compared to other stuff out there on him. They have actual dirt on him, for sure, but I highly doubt it will ever see the light of day.
ETA: I think this is a 'limited hangout'.... Which basically means telling a small part of the truth to distract and misdirect people from the whole truth. That's what happened with Bill Clinton, the media put the focus on a BJ and acted as if that was his only crime, when in fact he was guilty as sin of far more serious crimes, and at least 50 scandals.

His legal career — outside of elective office — is not particularly convincing.

I think Gaetz is very unqualified and will harm the Doj instead of helping it or cleaning it up.
If they are really all getting lawyers as the right wing claims it's because Trump and his ilk are known to make up crap, distort, twist, and lie to punish who they think harmed Trump personally....and people whose lives and livelihood, and alao given their whole lives to their careers (and feeding their families) can be wrongfully attacked by Trump and his minions and they could unjustly lose their lifelong livelihood and retirement, that they've worked for, for decades.
