The law of averages would dictate that signature rejections would number along the lines of the vote.

If it is 40% 30% 20% votes cast for 3 candidates in an election, it would stand to reason that signature rejected ballots would fall along SIMILAR LINES….WITH A MARGIN OF ERROR.

If it is 0% 0% 100% of rejected ballots for those 3 candidates whose votes went 40% 30% 20%…..IT IS AN INTENTIONAL OUTCOME.
