Yesterday we received part of a video that seemed to confirm that a peaceful, surrendering, San Antonio, Texas, man was shot with his hands up. Because we only had part of the video, it was difficult to know for certain where this was the case.

Now that we've seen it, it is obvious the man we now know was Gilbert Flores was shot twice while he had his hands in the air.

Watch the video again. The subhuman did have his hands in the air but suddenly dropped them to reach for a handgun later recovered in his waistband.

A cop tells you to put your hands in the air you do it. Don't suddenly drop your hands when the cops see a handgun in your waistband.

That may be why no charges were filed. We won't know until the full report comes out.

I have to say...I haven't read that anywhere.

But in this one..Iike North Charleston...I see clear probable cause for the cop to be charged.

So, if true, the cops held a trial, found him guilty and gave him the death penalty and then carried it out - all within a very short time, right out there on the street.

I'm really sick of you nutters being so fucking happy every time another person is shot, including cops.
