I’m glad to see a company put their foot down and let employees know they cannot talk to customers the way those entitled, obnoxious gate agents did. The decline in courtesy - with employees making fun of their customers - has reached a new low in this country.

Good decision, Frontier.

 
^^^ I second this. If customers are at least polite and respectful once they show up, that is about all that anyone can ask for anymore these days.

This one? The guy wanted on the plane 30 min before departures? Sounds like he may be wrong in this one? Don't they require 1 hour ahead of time? I don't know. I won't fly anymore unless I have zero choices. I usually just refuse to go to anything anymore.

Still doesn’t excuse how she spoke to him. She was unprofessional, and she IS the hired help.

The tall thin woman was laughing at him as the fat one mocked him.
