Crude as they are, Free-weasel are right -- unless you're gonna take each mouse for a ride out to the nearest desert, they'll just return, and they have more friends and family than you can count. Better to get a cat and just let it patrol. Once the word gets out that there be predators here, the residence doesn't look so good.

I actually use the old fashioned kind, EXCEPT, mine has a "hood" on it so I don't have to see anything but it's tail... poor babies
