Don't see them here; criminal illegal aliens bankrupted them a long time ago. Some counties still have public hospitals and emergency rooms, but ambulance service is unaffordable and so is emergency room care, and will bankrupt most working class people, unless of course you're an illegal alien and don't even use your real name and nobody can track you and collect on any debts you run up. And, they make every visit a hours and hours long marathon of waiting for even a basic office visit with a GP or nurse.
Not that 'Obama care' solves that problem; that just allows insurance companies to rake in premiums from 'mandatory' insurance payments while raising 'deductibles' to the price of a Ferrari, which takes care of long lines and such as that for regular working citizens, who need not bother with long lines since they can't afford to stay alive under those deductibles.
