I've actually met the guy in Hawaii who was used as the official document examiner to testify on the authenticity of the Obama birth certificate. It was actually just a record of birth.

Best as I recall, I was skeptical of the whole matter while her seemed generally supportive, the thing is, a record of live birth is NOT interchangeable with a birth certificate.

The birth certificate is signed first hand by the attending physician who delivered the child.

A Record of Live Birth can be produced by anyone and simply states that a person x,y,z himself saw the birth certificate and is testifying 2nd hand what he claims he saw.

And there has been good evidence that the record of birth submitted to the public after months and months of evasion was actually photoshopped and altered.
