It was wrong-as-wrong-can-be, to pass laws allowing the involuntary (forcibly restrained) drawing of blood in a DUI context.

It was wrong-as-wrong-can-be, for SCOTUS to uphold such laws.

It is wrong-as-wrong-can-be, for Law Enforcement to use such laws.

Empowering a wrong thing is just as bad as doing a wrong thing.

And this is just plain wrong... ethically and morally... and, even though SCOTUS says differently... constitutionally, as well...

Good arguments could probably be made before SCOTUS, pro and con, and SCOTUS chose to side with the "pro" on this one...

Damn the lawmakers - and the affirmers on SCOTUS - and the law officers - and OURSELVES - for allowing such a thing to materialize in this country...
