Four questions for Bernie Sanders, Zohran Mamdani, and anyone else who believes that billionaires should not exist

And now you are trying to justfy hairsplitting.

LMAO
You're trying to justify a sweeping condemnation and distrust of billionaires because of what you think they might do.

My "hair splitting", as you call it, was for a purpose and that purpose was to illustrate to you that your views are prejudicial and give no individual billionaire the benefit of the doubt. By mere virtue of being rich, they can't be trusted. That is a stupid and lazy way to approach any issue.

I anyone has questions about what Mamdani, Sanders and AOC stand for, look at the first row behind them. All Muzzies.

Hey, Creepy is a Thousandaire. He knows what he's talking about.

So you think it would be better if the govt capped our income?

Every government in the world regulates this. We decide how much in taxes rich people should pay, how much taxes a person who makes minimum wage makes. How much a company must pay workers. Good countries look out for the middle class. Think FDR and the New Deal. But the rich fought back starting with Reagan, then Bush, now Trump. The gap between rich and rest of us has been widening since Reagan. Trump's already made $3 billion this year. Doubled his fortune. How much did your pay go up in the last 10 months?

I think the middle class would be better off if we rolled back the Trump, Bush and Reagan tax breaks to the rich. Let's start there.

Trump's doing one thing right. Or two. He's bringing jobs home and going after illegals. That should force the rich to pay us Americans more. Correll thinks this is going to work. Do you? I don't.

If extreme wealth is becoming a problem and America is no longer working for the majority of us, we need to change something. One great idea I love is a death tax. If we want to fix the roads or fill up the social security bucket but YOU don't want to pay enough taxes to pay for those things, how about a death tax on billionaires? Anyone who has $1 billion or more gets a 50% tax when they die. Their kids will get $500 million. This would be a better idea than to continue to let the wealth gap grow and ask you and me to pay for the roads. Don't you agree?

If the system is messed up, we can fix it. Right now it's only working well for the rich. What would you do about it?

As a person who very much believes that billionaires should exist, I'm very curious to hear the answers to these four questions.

If there is anyone in this forum who believes that billionaires should not exist, please answer the four questions.

I have four questions for Bernie Sanders, Zohran Mamdani, and anyone else who believes thatbillionaires should not exist

Bernie Sanders said:

Zohran Mamdani said:

“I don’t think that weshould have billionaires.”

I have four questions for Sanders, Mamdani, and anyone else whobelieves that billionaires should not exist.

But first, I’d like to present some background informationbefore I ask those four questions.

Aluminum used to be so expensive that it was considered a preciousmetal. When they built the Washington Monument, they put a 20 poundpiece of aluminum at the top. At the time, it was the biggest pieceof refined aluminum in the world.

Since then, some greedy capitalists figured out how to makealuminum so cheap that today, people throw aluminum foil into thegarbage.

Those greedy capitalists became billionaires because of what theydid.

And we are all better off as a result.

The same thing is true for the people who created LEGO, HarryPotter, and so many other things. Those people became billionaires. And they did so by making other people better off.

Wikipedia has a list of billionaires per country. I clicked twiceon the part where it says “rate,” so it would show the number ofbillionaires per capita in each country. Here is a screenshot of thisthat shows which countries have the highest number of billionairesper capita. This is only part of the list. The total number ofcountries that have billionaires is a lot longer, and you can readthe complete list at the link.

Source: List of countries by number of billionaires - Wikipedia

The thing that I find most interesting about that screenshot is that it shows that Sweden actually has more billionaires, per capita, than the United States.

If you go to the link and read the entire list, you will see that there are certain countries that are not on the list, because theydon’t allow people to become billionaires. North Korea and Cuba aretwo of these countries.

Regarding the countries that don’t allow people to become billionaires, immigration patterns prove that no one wants to live inthose countries. All of the immigration regarding those countries isout of those countries. No one moves into those countries.

Now that I have presented this background information, here are my four questions for Bernie Sanders, Zohran Mamdani, and anyone else who believes that billionaires should not exist:

1) Would you rather be a middle class person today, or the richest person in the world 200 years ago?

2) Based on that wikipedia list, would you rather live in a real world country that has lots billionaires, or in a real world country where it’s impossible for people to become billionaires?

3) Why do you think it’s a bad thing that the creator of Harry Potter became a billionaire?

4) What do you think of the fact that Sweden has more billionaires, per capita, than the U.S.?

Billionaires should exist. But then their kids should be only left $999 million dollars each when they die. The rest goes to the debt.

That means Trump would leave $5 shy of $5 billion to his 5 kids.

What's your solution? Force them to pay their employees more? How can we fix income inequality? The rich have taken over our government which writes out tax and labor laws. We need to take it back. Fix this.

This is why CEO's should not run the country like a company. Look at Trump's CEO pay. He's made $5 billion so far. Quadrupled his wealth. How much did your pay go up in the last 11 months?

How about we make the govt do without and decrease everyones taxes. Lets make the govt live within their means instead of crying about raising the ceiling every other week.

Yes let's try that. So where do we start? What do you want to cut? Where do you see waste, fraud and abuse? I think everything Trump is doing screams waste, fraud and abuse. He's awarding himself $230 million because they picked on him.

This alone should be enough for you. Donald Trump is getting a free airplane. But it's going to cost US $1 billion to fix it up and make it Air Force 1. I'd be okay with that if the next president got to keep it but Trump's taking it with him?

You can't say what you just said and be okay with all the waste, fraud and abuse we've seen from the Trump administration.

And if private donors are paying for the ballroom, what is he giving them in return?

You guys love to complain about welfare fraud when 90% on it are working. This tells me Capitalism is a failure if not for this government subsidy.

This is why there should be no billionaires, because the people who produce the products are just as valuable as the person who created the product. Therefore, wages should be about the same.

This is just beyond stupid. Workers, the collective, are as important as the person who created the product. Each individual worker clearly isn’t.

Lol. Yeah sure.

In a system where money wins, billionaires naturally control everything and they are not our friends.

America has become of, by, and for billionaires. The rest of us are useless eaters.

Wake up!

You would be a useless eater terrorist under any system.

And, most of the time, the collective workers make a lot more than the guy who created the product.

I’m certain you’d love to put a bullet in my head because you dislike my opinions, while praising your love and devotion to the Constitution.

TRAITOR!!!!
