Problem #3. Congress wadded the Covid relief portion in with the Pork fest spending bill FORCING President Trump to sign an all or nothing bill. It should have remained separate.
Problem #4. It was intentionally dragged out to the end of the year making it impossible to even read the 5600 pages of crap much less make amendments to it.

This is what President Trump has been saying. Our government does not function for the people. They created the massive unemployment and thousands of business closures and then use the suffering to jam through their pet projects and foreign aid giveaways.
