There is no ‘deep state.’

Actually, there is. Provably so. It is called the bureaucracy. Were you not the pseudo intellectual that you are, you would recognize that our modern bureaucracy is very similar to the bureaus that controlled Russia during the late 1500's on in to the 1700's. But that requires real study. You aren't capable of that.
