Zone1 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5).

the so called sacrament of confession disregards this verse.

People can mediate between Christ, though, who then mediates with the Father.

Mary told her Son they had no more wine at Cana, and when He seemed unwilling, she told the servants to do whatever He told them, and He performed His first [public] miracle.

Also, the prayers of the Saints.

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus

I bet a Christian said that! Then the Jews say something else, the Muslims say something else and the Buddhists say something else. Everyone says there is only one God and theirs is the only correct one. Truth is, they are right, there only is one God and it is the same God as seen 40 different ways called 40 different names.

Sorry, that just isn't so. How can they be the same God when one has a son and Allah makes a point of saying he has no son?

Because God is God. There is only one God. Only one original cause of all causes. Religions are just our many different ways of seeing and understanding God in the context of each of our different ways, views, histories, times, and perspectives.

No it isnt-YHVH(Jehovah) is the only God that exists.

Sure. You are right and everyone else is wrong. Your god is real, and everyone else's God for the past 5,000 years was just their silly imagination.

God has unlimited power, love, compassion, duration, and beauty, but only one aspect, one instance on earth meant only for one group of people, right?

Not imagination, It is satan posing as all false gods to get worship.
God NEVER had more than a single religion.

Please. God is God. Religion is a mere creation of man as a means of just trying to understand him and relate him to humanity.

DO YOU REALLY THINK that all peoples of this earth going back 3,000 years before Christ was born were worshiping Satan?!

Only one died and came back like He said He would, right in front of their eyes.
Emanuel, God in the flesh.

Immanuel wasn't Jesus . Isaiah 7:14 is a verse in the seventh chapter of the Book of Isaiah in which the prophet Isaiah, addressing king Ahaz of Judah, promises that God will destroy the king's enemies before a child born to an almah is weaned. The Hebrew word עַלְמָה‎ ‘almāh means a "young woman of childbearing age".

Hi honey. Tell me how you know God is God.

Noahs day 99.9% mislead. Every group on earth were worshipping false gods except Israelites after that.
Israelites fell over and over to false god worship. When Jesus showed up Even the Israelite spiritual leaders were apostatized, they didn't even recognize their own Messiah and sent him to his death out of hate filled hearts.
Today-99% minimum mislead.
The bible says--satan is the ruler of this world and compared these last days to Noah's day.

NT Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Yes Matthew copied it from Isaiah 700 years earlier.

...See Isaiah 53
"for thou art my servant: I have formed thee: Thou art my servant; O Israel."

Hosea is clearly talking about Israel who he brought out of bondage in Egypt.

Hosea 11:1 reads: "When Israel was a youth I loved him, and out of Egypt I called My son."

That's exactly what happened in 732 BC.

Weren't everyone else simply worshiping idols, graven images, and not practicing legitimate religion?

Israelites fell over and over to false god worship. When Jesus showed up Even the Israelite spiritual leaders were apostatized, they didn't even recognize their own Messiah and sent him to his death out of hate filled hearts.
Yes, that is one chapter in the book of the Bible, the basis for the christian religion.

Says nothing about other religions. Most every religion says the same thing about other religions--- my way or the highway.

The bible says--satan is the ruler of this world and compared these last days to Noah's day.
What the Bible meant is that in this physical world, we are forever set apart from truly being with God in heaven. He has his domain and we have ours, thus are sinners.

You twist what the bible says.
There are 4 gospel accounts not 1.
Of course all religions claim to be the true Gods. Do you expect them to admit to being false religions and expect them to keep standing? 99% of all religions=2Cor 11:12-15)

Look, I can only try to make this clear once and you will understand or not, and you will believe me or not: God is God, there is only one true God. God is the original cause of all other causes! God is the beginning, God is the goal. God is as far above us and farther beyond our understanding as the stars. But down through the millennia, various cultures seeing him from different perspectives, try to interpret him as they saw him.

Like a building, some seeing him from the front, see him as a big, tall square surface, others seeing him from the side see him as sleek and thin. But it is all the same building, only the view has changed. As such, whether you choose to worship God as a Hindu, as a Muslim, or as a Christian or something else, you are still worshiping God, in your own way that relates to /your/ culture. It is all good, it is all just, it all leads to the same place which is mankind's moral guidance.

One is not right, one is not wrong, there is no Satan involved. Satan is evil, and evil is a far, far thing different from simply choosing to worship God in your own way, and none of this elevates nor diminishes the role of Christianity nor the Bible--- they stand, if that serves you in your best way, go for it! But the utter pigheadedness of insisting that this is a mutually exclusive camp where if yours is right then everyone else must be wrong is just the same kind of rigid narrow-mindedness and intolerance that has led to wars and the killing of millions of people for the past 2000 years, and THAT definitely is NOT God.

So, you should think inclusively, not exclusively, and when you meet a fellow traveler who worships and follows God and seeks his light and wisdom, you should thank him and shake his hand as a brother however he does it rather than condemn him. Then maybe humanity can finally move forward in harmony as one, for one is what God is.

None serving false gods like the trinity are brothers. They are wicked in Gods view.
