For People Complaining About Trump Saying That A Whole Entire Civilization Might Die

Six months? A month before the midterms you're expecting that the war will be over?

I'm saying not to expect the IRGC to roll over easy. They will hold out until the very last letting people die in the streets while they hang on to every last supply for themselves and that could go on for months. So, if we are going to really invade with ground forces to speed up the process, we should have started that 6 weeks ago right after the bombing campaign before Iran had a chance to regroup and pick up the pieces.

That is unless the Iranian people themselves rise up to overthrow the regime, but these are heavily armed soldiers against defenseless unarmed civilians. 90 million civilians (men, women and children, so maybe 30 million adult men) against maybe 2 million well-armed soldiers.

That too is doable if the Iranians can stomach a few million dead from war. Thing is, the IRGC still have broad communication status among themselves while the population is essentially cut off from any broad communication/internet/etc., in order to organize any large effort.

1. Trump is on record for saying that he doesn't want to have to do that.

2. Would you rather that Iran wipes out our whole entire civilization, because that's exactly what's going to happen if Trump doesn't stop it from happening like he's doing right now. If the Iranians get Nukes, it's game over.

President Trump has only passed four bills by way of Congress: The Laken Riley Act, requiringd non-citizens charged with specific crimes to be held without bond, the Take It Down Act, mandating online platforms remove nonconsensual intimate images, the Tax and Spending Package, a major, party-line package focusing on extending 2017 tax cuts, and his Disapproval Resolutions, which were used to roll back Biden-era environmental and energy regulation.

Are Democrats really stupid enough to try to reverse those thing? As far as "impeachment", who would then be POTUS, besides Vance, who is for all practical purposes a Trump proxy?

Do you see the beauty of this? Even when Trump loses, he wins.

1. Her father publicly complained or protested the actions of the regime.
2. They held him down in front of her and first cut his tongue out so he could shout no more protests against the regime.
3. Then they cut his heart out.

So it isn't that they just kill anyone who they don't like but the WAY they do it.

Pretty much. Iran is like a cancerous blight upon the world, there is no easy nor painless way to get rid of them, liker a cancer, sometimes you must cut off an arm to save the body.

I will be shocked (and impressed) if Trump can defeat Iran without an actual, dirty, messy, bloody war.

In a way, I'm frustrated and disappointed: I had assumed and trusted that the USA had a plan to go there, bomb them to impotency, then go in there and take out the regime within days of being toppled before they had any chance to recover, restock or reorganize. Instead, we have settled out from epic fury into about 6 weeks now of doing nothing, giving Iran every chance to rebound.

I sure hope no one at the DOW thinks that these people are going to reason that the situation is hopeless and just give up.
