I'll let you attempt to answer the question that was put to the prosecution by one of the appeals court judges, Arlette. Name another case where two "sophisticated" parties agreed to a loan...where the amount borrowed was repaid in full with interest ahead of time...and the party making the loan was happy with the result...but the Government stepped in to bring "fraud" charges against the party borrowing the money! Tish James' representative couldn't come up with a single case that satisfied that question. Not one! Would you like to help her out?
