In a Republic, actually
‘MIAMI (CBSMiami) – U.S. Senator Marco Rubio has introduced a bill that would prohibit employers from deducting expenses related to their employees’ abortion travel costs or so-called “gender-affirming care” for young children of their employees.’

More big government authoritarianism from the right.

More big government authoritarianism from the right.
TRANSLATION: More cry-baby wailing by the Left whenever anything doesn't go THEIR way, from the same group of people who have been practicing authoritarianism for years behind the likes of Google, Amazon, Facebook and Twitter.

THE GOOD NEWS: As we get closer to the midterms, as the prog-left wailing goes up in decibels you will know that America is beginning to get fixed and set right again from their demented perversion.

Another example of the right seeking to codify its bigotry and hate.

There’s no such thing as ‘woke’ – not as lying conservatives misrepresent it – and employers are at liberty to afford employees any benefits they see fit, including benefits for gay and transgender employees and female employees who seek to exercise their right to privacy.

LOL.....What, a social construct not going your way for a change? :laughing0301:

Why should the people of Florida pay for these abortions?
If a company wants to pay out of their own pocket fine.

This is the mantra of the new Right, comply or be punished by written decree.

Why don't you wait to see if it becomes law and gets through the courts before you freak out about it.

Sure...it's a dumb Bill.
But you people - on both sides - FREAK OUT like 2 year old's every time someone even suggests something dumb.

Get a grip.

Makes sense since the dems believe that corporations aren't people.

A corporation is not, nor has it ever been, a constitutional person with voting rights; it is not, not has it ever been, a democratic citizen; nor has it ever been a constituent member of "We the People" -NPR
That is true.

Buildings are not people.

Corporations have NO political rights. Not even one.

So the GOP says that if a Corporation has a different political view to the ruling party then they should be punished financially with taxes...

Thanks for the precedent... So we need a special tax for Trump and his cronies...

I'm fine with that.

I stopped spending money with companies that politicize themselves already.
