Florida Man Sentenced To 5 Years After Attacking 6 Officers On Jan. 6

You think he was trying to hurt the guy?

He was trying to subdue him.

There wasn't even an attempt to subdue babbit, just BLAM.
Why was he trying to subdue him?

You know cops can't just body slam anyone they want anytime they want.

No evidence with her or anyone else in the crowd, or the other cops on her side of the door would have been the ones shooting.

. He on the other hand was seen with a rifle aiming it out a window of a hotel.

if you read the Wikipedia article he reached for his waistband. where do thugs keep their handguns?
He was just laying prone on the floor, it was pretty fucking obvious he didn't have a handgun shoved in his gym shorts.

There was just as much evidence he had a gun as Babbitt.

And he repeatedly tried to move and get up, and made a move towards his waistband.

Look how desperately the Trumptards are trying to deflect from their peaceful trespassing Antifa political prisoner hostage schizoid narrative!

:auiqs.jpg:

A 300 pound weaponized mouth breathing retard assaults six cops and they just can't face the fact they've been fed a steady diet of lies.

He was told to be moving, to get up, to go down, to do all this little dance for no particular reason. He was probably just trying to keep his pants from falling down.

It was pretty obvious he wasn't armed and trying to follow commands.

Babbitt wasn't following any commands to get back.

When they identify everyone we can talk. Until then it is another hoax saturated with unbelievable hyperbole and very stupid people believing our whole government was almost lost. The shit is laughable.
True. This Riot was trying to overthrow the Gov't? Where were their Machine Guns? RPG's? Molotovs? Mortars? Tanks? I saw a Riot incited by a traitor named Ray Epps. A Fed Plant. "Agent Provocateur" ,if you will.

Sorry, but due to being drunk probably he more than likely was to snotted to realize the truth, "don't fuck with police aiming rifles at you"

"trying", or playing possum.

What commands?

He was. They were just talking about who he was and where he had just come from.

There was no indication he needed to be "subdued" or that he wasn't complying.

So the other cop wasn't asking him to turn around to be cuffed?

Or did the other cop even know if he was suspected of having warrants out for violent things?

Daniel Shaver wasn’t even committing any crimes. The cops came after him, not the other way around. He was actually trying to do the little dance that the police were screaming at him. He posed no threat.

Meanwhile Ashlii Babbitt was committing a felony by violently rampaging through the capitol. The cops were screaming at her to get back and she didn’t. It was a large violent mob. Dozens of officers attacked. Lives threatened.

To think that the shooting of Shaver was more justified than Babbitt’s is insanity.

Nope. The first cop was looking at his ID and asking him where he came from.

The second cop, without warning, grabbed him from behind and body slammed him.

There was nothing that justified a physical altercation. The second cop didn't even know who he was.

He brandished what appeared to be a rifle out a hotel window. Cops are supposed to ignore that if it's called in?

To think Babbits shooting was justified is hackery.

According to the testimony he thought he was on an outstanding warrant.

Was he pointing the rifle at the cops when he was shot? Nope. He was kneeling on the floor scared shitless because the cops were threatening to kill him for any little mistake, which they did when he thought he could pull his pants up. He posed no threat.

Meanwhile Babbitt was part of a violent mob who had stormed the capitol and were breaking into the last fallback position they had left. But apparently she wasn't a threat.
