In Florida (and I'm sure most or all other states), there is no law against peaceful political demonstrations so long as you are 150 feet away from the polling location or carrying or posting signs 150 feet away from the polling location. If the teens or the Harris/Walz supporters they presumably threatened were inside that 150 feet, both were breaking that law.

I wasn't there so I don't know if the machete was just a prop or was actually used in a threatening way. A woman who reported the incident as 'threatening' didn't try to run away but snapped a photo of the teen brandishing a very old, rusty machete. That suggests to me that she wasn't all that intimidated.

If the Teen did intentionally frighten people with the machete, that is assault, pure and simple, and is unacceptable. He should incur the consequences for that.

Otherwise, if he was just a stupid kid doing stupid but non dangerous stuff, he should have been ordered to go home where I hope his parents would sit him down and teach him some manners which they already should have done.
