They probably misinterpreted the tax code. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, like Tim Geithner said when he owed $34,000. A mistake discovered in 2006, that occured in 2001 and wasn't paid until 2009. Did he go to jail? Hell no. He was appointed SECTRES...LOL

Fines are all that are ever going to happen. Taxpayer's delinquent in their tax bill can't pay the bill if they're in prison. The government is more interested in the money than the punishment.

If the laws make cheating lucrative, we have unjust laws in regards to white-collar crime. This needs to be addressed. Laws against crime cannot favor the criminal over his victims. Look at all the fraud cases against trump and you realize just how big a criminal he is.
