So Florence just made landfall but has stalled on the coast. Forecasters now worry it may dump more rain than Harvey.

So Florence just made landfall but has stalled on the coast. Forecasters now worry it may dump more rain than Harvey.

It hasn't stopped, but it is slow moving at 5 mph, from the NOAA. No longer a hurricane, dropped faster in intensity than expected.

However, due to topography, rapidly rising rivers from rainfalls of 10 to 40 inches total will create much more havoc before this is done.
