I guess the newspapers pay reporters minimum wage judging by the often poorly written stories. Crossbows don't fire "small darts", they fire high powered arrows technically called "bolts". A crossbow takes time to reload and a woman and a 17 year old teenager must have been tied up and watched the nut case load the weapon before they were murdered. Illegal aliens? Dare we speculate?

I actually know nothing about 'The Hunger Games'--not certain crossbows were used?

Actually, it was in Rhode Island several years ago. The shooter was a liberal activist upset with several family members. Fortunately his skill was, though good for a lib, somewhat mediocre.
