• China = 3.7 square miles
• India = 1.27 square miles

Meaning population per square mile is lower in China.

Also, despite having many more men than women in the population now, men and women are having a hard time finding marriage partners and choosing to stay single and childless.

Modern women in China have unrealistic expectations and require huge bride prices, often as high as a full year’s salary. They expect any potential groom to have a six-figure RMB income and own his own house and car outright. They are unwilling to compromise in this because the media has led them to believe it’s possible.

Both these issue directly impact China’s culture.
