Fish Suffer Up to 22 Minutes of Intense Pain When Taken Out of Water

^^^ No. I am currently on a diet, but I have never started a chat about it. I wouldn't really know what to say in it other than what it is that I have been doing for the diet as far as exercise and eating go.

God bless you always!!!

Be sure to drink plenty of water.

^^^ I do, but I mix it with the Crystal Light stuff. I get the lemonade, the fruit punch, and the sweet tea. My water has to have flavor. :) :) :)

God bless you always!!!

Tofu is Japanese for "whale snot"

The greatest joke the Asians ever pulled on gullible white progressive vegans.

.

Try natto.

I could never bring myself to put this slimy soybean product in my mouth. Hubby said it's as bad as it looks.

My name is Holly, I will be 43 years old at the end of the month, and I have never once fished a day in my life.

God bless you always!!!

Holly

P.S. For real, I have never worked a fishing pole in any way.

Same here. And I'm glad I never did.

.

Is that kind of like lutefisk? Could never put that in my mouth. Kind of like fish flavored Jello.

Baccala is less slimy, even when reconstituted it's still pretty salty and more flakey.

Some of the old Goombas can eat it on bread, with a little olive oil. For me it's more useful as an ingredient in sauces, Like anchovies it adds a nice Unami flavor.

:itsok:
the literal Japanese translation is of Tofu is “thick fermenting soybean milk”.

Delicious

People say that tofu has no flavor, but it's all about how you cook / prepare it. It absorbs whatever sauce or seasoning you put on it. So it can be really good, depending on what one does with it of course. :) I eat tofu occasionally...not often. Every once in a while I make tofu scramble. And speaking of that...

I shared this on another thread (it's a video I made 5 years ago) but since the topic came up, I guess I'll share it again.

I don’t doubt that the OP may be true. But what is the human race to do? There was an article I read once where plants may feel pain.

You have to eat!

It is a cruel, cruel world.

Freeze it. Then defrost it. Spongy tofu. More absorbent.

Tofu is about 86 percent water; as it freezes, the ice crystals expand, pushing apart the protein network. When thawed, the water drains away, leaving the tofu with a spongy consistency that is highly absorbent.
