The FISA court rules on evidence submitted by agencies like the FBI. How would they know if the information was based on false evidence. The only question is how deep into the FBI (and the CIA) does the conspiracy to overthrow the government go? Obviously it ain't your daddy's FBI.

Durham has a grundel of sealed indictments.. I am waiting for them to drop with arrests. While the court probably didn't get in-depth, I am sure Druham did.
