I thought this was a joke or photoshop or something. They both look stunning and the painting is good but....her style is almost always impeccable IMO, which is why I can hardly believe she was painted in that very, very green dress. Whoa
I'm looking at this from an art point of view, because I studied fine art and then rejected fine art.
200 years ago, there was a point to painting like this. That's why, maybe, it's classic.
Problem is that it's mostly photorealistic. Were there any STYLE, anything that makes me want to look at it longer than a photo, then maybe. There's NO art in this painting/copied photo.
