Yes, because there are such things as community standards of decency that need to be adhered to...and some people aren't decent human beings. There's no nation on the planet that allows the public sexualization of children...and some people would post child pornography.
There's more than just this and it's different for every country...but it's supposed to be just keeping the most obvious community standards for the region intact.
No one even said or did a thing about the Burma revolution....but Facebook was instrumental in making that happen. Basically openly endorsing the murder of public officials (completely against community standards in every country)
But one word about the failure of the current administration or questioning the vaccines and now you get incarcerated? Too far!
