Decatur, GA - Crews battled a fire at a DeKalb County apartment complex that sent eight children and four adults to the hospital Wednesday, January 3.
Firefighters rescued a dozen trapped occupants from the apartment. It even captured an amazing moment. Captain Scott Stroup with Dekalb County Fire Rescue Department can be seen catching one of the children that was dropped from the third floor balcony.
