None of those names are among the 74 that you just said were arrested for the Portland riots. You've named 74 of them...what have they gotten for sentences?

There's no way in Hell that a cameraman could take a video of a rampaging mob while being surrounded by all of that violence and not either get the shit kicked out of him, or killed.

I did not go through all 74 names. 74 were just the ones that division of the DOJ were prosecuting. It was not exclusive. Other rioters were prosecuted and sentenced by other divisions or by the same division after the list was put together. Just like with J6 some got minimum sentences and some got much longer sentences.

Cyan Bass got that sentence for throwing a Molotov Cocktail at Federal officers. That's attempted murder.
Malik Fard Muhammad threw multiple Molotov Cocktails at Federal Officers setting one of them on fire and badly burned one of his fellow rioters with another Molotov Cocktail. He had a series of criminal complaints already for violent acts.
There is nobody that even comes close to doing what those two did at the Jan. 6th riot. Nobody was throwing Molotov Cocktails trying to kill police!

Not one inch of the Capital was set on fire. Only a few windows were broken. The Capital Police actually gave these so-called insurrectionists a guided tour of the Capital....just so they could take pictures of them walking thru the halls of congress.

I got a laugh out of that article, JLW! One of the judges opined on how they needed to be harsh with one defendant because he said he wanted to put a bullet in Nancy Pelosi's head. If I was the judge my first question upon hearing that would have been to ask the prosecutor if there was any evidence of the defendant possessing a firearm of any kind that day at the Capitol. Because if he didn't...then obviously it was just bluster. You can't throw the book at someone for saying they want to do something when it's obvious that they never had the where with all to perform that act.
