The filthy rich hosts of the View all sat around lamenting poll numbers the other day regarding how people are more concerned with the economy than pretty much anything else

Here is what one of the loons said

"Well, what’s depressing is that the New York Times released a poll today that says that 71% of voters agree that democracy is under threat. But only 7% of voters rank a threat to democracy as a major issue this election cycle," Behar said.

"I find that so depressing, I can't begin to tell you," she added

Whoopi cushion then chimed in

"That's why I don't like polls,"

These people lived in a little bubble that is about to burst, only, they will never be the ones who suffer for the mess they supported and propagandize for, even now with how they warned everyone democracy was ending cuz democrats are not doing well in the polls.

They either don't care about the suffering or are just too stupid to understand what exactly is going on in the real world.

Either way, you get the same result.

Meh, their bubble does not really burst because they will still be making bank off the rubes that watch their show.....I pay them no mind.

Remember 33% of voters would vote for Tater if the election was held today......That's a lot of insane people and more than enough freaks to keep their show on the air.

No, at this point it's going to take a fundamental shift brought on by a national cataclysm to put things right.

I've noticed a transition in the message by a lot of Democrats in the past few months. Both here and in the public sphere.

It starts with A) There is not downturn in the economy.

Moves on to B) Yes, there is a downturn in the economy, inflation is out of control. But, we didn't cause it.

And finally, to C) Well, maybe we did cause it ... but The Republicans can't do any better.

That's exactly how it's gone! :auiqs.jpg:

Now it's "Republicans can't do any better!"

The only truly insane thing is those still voting for the duopoly.

The republicans want to take democracy away, they are so pro millionaires and billionaires.
Does it occur to you that all of the media and entertainers are living the life of pure opulence while they grease the wheels of the peasants with socialist policies? Live as you promote. They do not. We are finished. A slow death. We cannot compete with other nations who can produce products at a much cheaper price unless we understand we have borders. And that means tariffs and restarting massive manufacturing again.

Since they are rich enough to pay their mortgages and buy groceries, the socialist agenda is more important to them than anything. They could care less that the poor are struggling right now. The poor are just supposed to pick themselves up by their bootstraps and vote for the socialist agenda and not care if they can afford goods or services or not.

I keep voting "other" but nothing ever seems to change

Crazy.

I'm telling you, vote for Other and he will save us.

As long as people like you vote for their chosen party no matter what, nothing will ever change.

And I have zero faith you will ever stop doing so.

That's why H.L. Mencken said democracy is a self limiting disease.

And nobody from the right gave a flying fuck about the poor when there was Repub in the White House.

Weird how you all only care when the wrong person is in the White House.

I will at least vote for people who give lip service to doing somewhat sane things

Or I can continue to hope Other will pop out of the sky and fly down and save us.

But I do get tired of people like you deflecting criticism from the DNC. When I mention something not even you can deny as lunacy from the Left, you just make the comment, "It's the GOP too"

Trouble is, the GOP does not give lip service to waging war on fossil fuels. The GOP does not give lip service on fundamentally transforming America and pushing the gender and racial crap in schools. The GOP at least says they want to secure the border.

Now whether you Progressives have enough Rhino's to be elected to make sure they only give lip service to what they are saying is one thing, but I figure it is better than zero chance of things changing.

And the Democrats aren’t? You would have to be stupid to believe that and out of touch with what real Americans think. Look at the number of EO’s this President has made, that is not democracy, that is him pushing what he believe is best for Americans, the same goes with Obama and Trump and Bush and on and on. Biden in three years has more EOs than the first 17 Presidents combined.

As far as millionaires and billionaires? Democrats have a long history of cuddling up to the rich hobknobbing with the elite, Soros has interjected himself into many elections and the Democrats gladly take donations from him, Gates and 95% of the Hollywood elite, like those on the view.

All that said, Republicans nor Democrats are for the working class Americans that are the backbone of this nation.

Maybe the Democrat Party needs to listen to Ms. Behar and run ads threatening the people that the precious right of men-in-dresses to use the little girls' rooms will be lost forever if the D's lose. So people should excuse the Shit Economy for the greater good.

It is good to see you admit base your vote on words and not actions.

Not many people have the balls to admit that openly.
