That's what a person tried by a mob and sentenced to death would do.
He may not even have to stand trial.

So, they're all racist.
Surely you don't deny that racism is rampant in those parts.
Because you say so? Surely you can develop a better criteria or any criteria for evaluation.
No, not because I say so. Because of stories that have come out since the Brown shooting, like the black man beaten while in handcuffs, then fined for bleeding on their uniforms. The man was a 52 yr old welder brought in on bogus charges.
After you hear repeated stories, with the same theme, you begin to put the puzzle together...that is, unless you're in denial.
For an incident that happened in 2009. A change of police chiefs brought a change in how complaints are handled in 2010. Or does that not work with your narrative?
That's not enough.
That case is being appealed with a hearing in December. So, really, you don't have shit.
Totally meaningless and has no bearing on the Brown thug's righteous shooting.Because you say so? Surely you can develop a better criteria or any criteria for evaluation.

Washington Post:
In four federal lawsuits, including one that is on appeal, and more than a half-dozen investigations over the past decade, colleagues of Darren Wilson’s have separately contested a variety of allegations, including killing a mentally-ill man with a Taser, pistol-whipping a child, choking and hog-tying a child and beating a man who was later charged with destroying city property because his blood spilled on officers’ clothes.
One officer has faced three internal affairs probes and two lawsuits over claims he violated civil rights and used excessive force while working at a previous police department in the mid-2000s. That department demoted him after finding credible evidence to support one of the complaints, and he subsequently was hired by the Ferguson force.
Police officials from outside Ferguson and plaintiffs’ lawyers say the nature of such cases suggests there is a systemic problem within the Ferguson police force. Department of Justice officials said they are considering a broader probe into whether there is a pattern of using excessive force that routinely violates people’s civil rights.
I think the Grand Jury is done. The prosecutor and Police Chief are just waiting for a good time to release the information. Think it will come Thursday morning when people have Thanksgiving plans.

Fact: The Ferguson police department contradicted themselves on several occasions after the shooting.
Try again.
Fact: Darren Wilson has been in hiding since the incident, whereas most police who act in accordance with the law don't have to hide.
Speculation. Not wanting to be involved in a three ring circus while being investigated and not dealing with death threats would indicate that he is making the right move and does not indicate guilt.
Fact: Leaks have been coming out from the grand jury for the last month, when all proceedings are supposed to be in complete secrecy.
You have a hacker. Try again.
Investigation finds no Ferguson grand jury leak but finds a apos hack apos - LA Times
Fact: Multiple witnesses immediately after the shooting had corroborating testimony, which was also confirmed by the construction workers who were video-taped without their knowledge, all saying Brown had his hands up.
No. Try again. How up was up?
Fact: You don't know the facts.
You don't have any facts but get back to me when you do.
Which also has nothing to do with the thug's death.Totally meaningless and has no bearing on the Brown thug's righteous shooting. For an incident that happened in 2009. A change of police chiefs brought a change in how complaints are handled in 2010. Or does that not work with your narrative?

Obviously they made changes in 2010 and you have a case on appeal. You have nothing.
Im seeing that a decision is imminent. Either today or Monday? Id be shocked if they do it near Thanksgiving. But maybe thats the strategy. Do it Wednsday afternoon and hope the family events of thanksgiving trumps the desire of the hooligans to riot and run rampant.
If he IS indicted. ..will cops retaliate by just not doing shit and letting criminals run wild for months? I would. If defending yourself vs a thug means being charged for the sake of political and racial correctness. ..fuck it. I wouldnt do shit.
If he is not charged...how bad will the animalistic hooligans react? LA riot level? Katrina style lawlessness? Or just some typical Seattle style protests?

The businesses in Ferguson have boarded up their windows. The businesses and the schools had asked for a 48 hour notice prior to the decision so that they could prepare. It was denied. You have a business owner that begged the protestors not to torch her shop. Some of the schools shut down Thursday/Friday so that the kids wouldn't be in danger. The citizens of Ferguson are frightened.
Your inability to analyze information is harming others. I hope you can live with that.
