Female Army SGT Seen Protesting On The Internet Was Discharged 5 Years Ago

Saw that earlier....The first two thoughts that came to mind were A: "dishonorable discharge" or B: "felony impersonation".

Looks like "B" was it.
Maybe. I did a search this a.m. and I guess it is legal for a veteran to wear the uniform and wear the rank insignia of the highest rank held. IDK about protesting the CinC in uniform as a civilian though. Might be a charge they can shut her up with though.

The Stolen Valor Act was tossed out in 2012 by the Supreme Court .
It makes no difference. I am a Vietnam Veteran and these Stolen Valour numbskulls haven't stolen anything from me. I did what I did and that's all there is to it. Someone falsely claiming to have done the same as me doesn't steal anything. When I applied for my pension I had to submit my DD-214. That's the only time I've ever had to prove anything. If some people pretend they are veterans that's their personal problem. If they try to fool me I'll figure it out quick-quick and I'll avoid them. I don't need to point them out unless they get too froggy.
