Still Don't understand why that would trigger them unless of course they're not Americans.Your America hating Vegetable Messiah has been sent to the old folks home. Trump is in charge and he is putting America first.
I love how that triggers you.

You are a lunatic.![]()
You’re a dullard.America First.
B.S.
You’re a dullard.
There are aspects of the H1B visa which may seem unfair to you. Oh well. There are other aspects which are plainly fair.
Your silly, petty complainant isn’t really about the visa program at all. At the end of the day, you’re just braying about capitalist management versus “the” workers.
As to that, you’re just being a traditional divisive Dumbocrap.
“America first” entails many things. Primarily it is the notion that we should spend our tax dollars on the issues here in America BEFORE seeking to aid the people of other lands.
The H1B visa program is not really one of those things. Even Trump and Musk differ on it.
So what? It’s a political question. Reasonable people may differ.
As for foreigners (legally here) “taking” so-called “American” jobs, that complaint is absurd. Had the Disney employees been unionized or working under a collective employment agreement, they wouldn’t have been legally allowed to be fired without due cause. Were they unionized? Did they ever even try to join a union?
In the interim, whether it’s Disney or a local restaurant, the company has an interest in keeping the business afloat and profitable. If you don’t like their wage offer, don’t take the job. If they seek to lower your pay and you don’t like it, turn them down. If that leads to your dismissal, you made your own bed.
Also:
Disney won that suit.

Disney wins lawsuit filed by Americans replaced by H-1B visa workers, but Cognizant, HCL America face new legal hurdle
In a major victory for the H-1B visa program - which has come under much scrutiny by anti-immigration critics, including the Republican presidential nominee Donald Trumpamericanbazaaronline.com
Great. But that’s not my position nor is it what I wrote or a reasonable inference from what I did post. It's not about whether it was legal. It's about whether it was right. If your position is that whatever a business does is right, well OK, I disagree.
Why?Yes it was legal. The question was over was it right. To replace American workers with cheaper foreign labor.
I say no.
Great. But that’s not my position nor is it what I wrote or a reasonable inference from what I did post.
Companies can be run by selfish shitbags.
And? This is news?
However, companies can also be run by virtuous people.
The question isn’t whether a company must always be deemed to be in the right. That’s such a stupid thing to say, it takes you to say it.
No. We have laws. We have regulations. And also, we have collective bargaining agreements and union rights and individual employment contracts.
You seem to jump to the conclusion that the company is always wrong. You are way too plodding in your thought process.
Why?
Is there some rule of fairness that says a company cannot lower employment costs?
It sucked (maybe) for the impacted American citizen employees. But that doesn’t translate into “therefore it’s ‘unfair’.”
How is it “wrong?”
It is when Musk argues to expand the practice.
We have many people that can do these jobs despite the claims.
Yes. At a higher cost than they wanted to pay. It’s perfectly reasonable to seek to lower that cost. And if the non-unionized employees also don’t have an employment contract, then they can either keep their jobs at lower wages OR relinquish those jobs and get other ones.Disney already had people doing the jobs.
Nope. I happen to disagree with Trump’s opposition to the H1B visa program.
But H1B still has nothing to do with “America First” either way.
Maybe. And that is fine. Hire them. Unless the company can’t afford to.
The choice is not properly one that boils down to your simplistic proposition. Instead, America First is tails a lot more. It isn’t something that demands that American companies shouldn’t be able to seek employees whom they can afford.
Yes. At a higher cost than they wanted to pay. It’s perfectly reasonable to seek to lower that cost. And if the non-unionized employees also don’t have an employment contract, then they can either keep their jobs at lower wages OR relinquish those jobs and get other ones.
Legally appropriated by Congress. ONLY Congress has the power to discontinue it.What is the lie? Did FEMA not spend $60 million on hotels for illegals?
Bring a credible link to support your position.
We aren’t talking about illegals.People hire illegals because they will work for a wage they want to pay.
So you can't show the lie.Legally appropriated by Congress. ONLY Congress has the power to discontinue it.
Not President Musk and his trained monkey.
