You falsely stated that there was only one anecdotal account in the article:Complaints of lack of help are starting to trickle in:
No Food, No FEMA: Hurricane Michael’s Survivors Are FuriousDown the street, Barbara Sanders stood outside her daughter’s unit, where she had come to stay during the hurricane.
“We’re not getting any help,” she said. “We need food. It’s just crazy.”
Sanders said that not a single relief agency had come by to check on them. Only the police had come and it was to tell everyone to leave. “They told us there’s nothing they can do and it’s gonna take a long time to rebuild,” Sanders said.
Let's hope FEMA steps up its game. These are desperate human beings who are suffering.
Governor just announced that 110,000 FEMA aid applications have been received. Saw Nat Guard all over the impact zone. Just because someone gives you ONE ANECDOTAL account -- that's not a news story is it??
Playing politics with victims 20 days before an election is EXPECTED -- but not helpful at all..
"In Gadsden County, outside Tallahassee, where the storm killed four people, county commissioner Anthony Viegbesie said he had not seen a single relief agency."
And your evidence that FEMA is doing a good job is that many have requested help through applications. Be smarter.
