Feinstein’s primary caregiver: Pelosi’s daughter

A quiet caretaking arrangement has raised questions about whether Nancy Pelosi has
the ailing senator’s personal interests at heart.
18 May 2023 ~~ By Rachael Bade

When Sen. Dianne Feinstein walked into the Capitol last week, ending a monthslong medical absence, she was accompanied by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, a small entourage of aides — and a close personal confidant with a storied political pedigree.
Nancy Carinne Prowda blended into the swarm around the legendary California Democrat. The San Francisco Chronicle made note of her presence but left unreported amid the spectacle was the larger role that Prowda, the eldest child of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, has come to play in Feinstein’s life as the 89-year-old has dealt with the absence of her deceased husband, the departure of trusted staffers, a nasty case of shingles and spiraling concerns about her fitness for office.

By all accounts, the arrangement is rooted in a long and friendly relationship between Feinstein and the Pelosis — twin pillars of San Francisco politics. But among some of those who are aware, it has also raised uncomfortable questions about whether Nancy Pelosi’s political interests are in conflict with Feinstein’s personal interests.

Regardless, the appearance of conflict associated with the caregiving setup could further perturb Democrats who want a more active participant in the Senate.
Meanwhile, the questions about Feinstein’s future are not going away.
Senate Judiciary Chair Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) told CNN yesterday he’s “monitoring her medical condition almost on a daily basis” due to her pivotal vote on judicial confirmations. Added Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), “As a friend, you can see she’s hurting.”

Commentary:
The walking Democrat Zombies.
I can see any daughter of Nancy Pelosi as being quite willing to bend certain rules, maybe add her own mixture of non-prescribed ‘Vitamins’ to Diane’s food or drink. Feinstein is likely to be more vulnerable now, since her husband Richard Blum died last year.
When are Democrats going to stop with the “I promise to appoint a black woman” thing? Biden did that with his VP and Supreme Court Justice, I didn’t even realize Newsom already promised to fill Feinstein’s seat with a black woman…
Isn't this reverse racism?
Black women make up less than 8% of the US population. That is becoming absurd. It’s blatant racist virtue signaling and literally everyone sees right through it.
The manner which Democrats are handling Sen. Feinstein is reminiscent of RBG and this could really backfire on Pelosi much like that backfired on Democrats. It could make it look rigged for Schiff and Porter could exploit that, or Feinstein may die and someone like London Breed could be appointed by Newsom and keep the Senate it for 30 or 40 years.

Shingles" It's pretty clear with a wheel chair and a droopy eye that Di Fi had a stroke. It's nothing to be ashamed of but why do democrats keep it a secret?

They seem to do that a lot. For instance, it's pretty obvious that Joe Biden is definitely losing his shit. But the Democrats revere him as a lovable old grandfatherly man who has a few "quirks." And then there's Fetterman. The guy is a walking potato, but the Democrat cheer him on like a retarded kid who just learned how to count to five.

They're openly telling America that bureaucrats and advisers run things, vote for and sign into law legislation.

The only thing missing is an actual horse in the U.S. Senate.

You understand that everything you just typed is just you making shit up, right?

Everything you type always is..and-?

And......this is why its so hard to have a rational conversation with a conservative. You can't really discuss much with them. The moment you touch on reality, facts, or evidence.......they just start making up fantasy stories.

Doc started with an article of what was going on. And then just wandered off into imagination land, making up stories and obsessive murder fantasies.

And not one of you called him on it. Why? Because that's how your right wing echo chamber works. Y'all just nod and grin to whatever imaginary nonsense the other makes.

I missed that, but I haven't missed you being a total peckerhead yet.

Total Peckerhead.
