Nothing. Haven't in over 50 years. I offered ID in CA at the first election that I ever voted. I was told they weren't allowed to ask for it. When I asked how she knows that I am who I said I was, she agreed that it didn't make sense but that's how it is. SMH.

Exactly! While non-citizens are permitted to vote in local elections, they use the same registration roll, which isn't validated when voting. Voter fraud is the intentional act that interferes with an election process .. such as casting multiple ballots, impersonating another voter, stuffing ballots, fraudulent registration, etc. That's not the same thing as casting a ballot when you're not legally eligible to do so under law (e.g. federal elections). Non-citizens can register to vote in California for local elections, and there are no requirements to show identification at a voting precinct during federal elections.
