Keep in mind that the Alien Enemies Act does identify a "predatory incursion" as actionable under the Act. Is the swarm of illegal entrant criminal gang members not a "predatory incursion" which Judge Boasberg is attempting to prohibit Trump from deporting?

This judge needs to be punished for his blatant interference with the rule of law which is meddling with the general welfare of the United States and safety of the American people.
