Federal judge denies request to halt the execution of Brandon Bernard scheduled for Thursday

Brandon Bernard, 40, is currently housed at the U.S. Penitentiary in Terre Haute where he is scheduled to be executed Thursday. He would become the ninth federal prisoner to be executed after the Trump administration ended a 17-year hiatus on federal executions earlier in 2020, pending further appeals.

If the Left so fervently believes that the Death Penalty is "wrong," then why don't they propose a Constitutional Amendment outlawing it?

Indeed, this one issue encapsulates the insidious nature of the Left's exploitation of the judiciary. They WANT something, but they KNOW that the majority of Americans disagree with them, so they seek to get what they want through the illegitimate actions of activist judges and justices.

They claim to love "democracy" when it suits them (e.g., "END the Electoral College!"), but they have no use for it when it doesn't.
