Federal judge blocks Xidens 100 day moratorium

Immigration is Constitutionally a Federal issue, not a state issue.

It was a federal judge who blocked Xi's man from throwing the border open.

There is nothing Texas can do. Texas can't deport a single person. If the Federal government refuses to that is their prerogative as laid out in the Constitution.

I made the same argument when Trump wanted to deny people entry.

Texas is a border state and has standing to sue. Biden's policies are wrong, because as a Democrat he is beholden to Central and South American Communist Party dictators, and he will do anything and everything he can to sell our country out to them. It would be a mistake to “assume” that all immigrants across our southern border are potential Democrat voters, but unfortunately that is how their votes will be counted regardless, under the MS-13 regime of corruption that greases the palms of Border Patrol agents and others to let them get into the country and obtain jobs, and at the same time revoke the gun rights of native-born U.S. citizens.

Wrong or standing or not, immigration is a federal issue.

How dumb are you. Texas or their state employees are not trying to deport illegals solo. They sued because Biden ordered to Federal government to not do what they are legally mandated to do.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton argued that the moratorium violated federal law as well as an agreement Texas signed with the Department of Homeland Security late in the Trump administration. That agreement required Homeland Security to consult with Texas and other states before taking any action to “reduce, redirect, reprioritize, relax, or in any way modify immigration enforcement.”

Agreements with Trump are now moot. The Federal government does not have to get a state's approval.

The agreement is with the Federal Government and not Trump. You can't be this dumb.
