a city, I believe it was Los Alamos, is going to vote on whether or not to ignore California law ,which ignores the feds on illegal immigration.

the law says employees shall not winningly work with the feds on reforming illegal immigration.
(Feds can still subpoena information)

a "constitutional expert" told the city they can not ignore state law.

LOL

The city is Los Alamitos and the federal government has never accepted nullification of its laws by state or local governments in the past. It does not permit cities to pick and choose which federal laws they will comply with.

This could get interesting........
