I don't think the ICE agent was justified in shooting the woman in the car, but I wouldn't call the shooting "murder." For a split second, the car was heading toward the agent. He made a--bad--snap decision. He may have believed she was about to swerve toward him, even though she was turning away from him at that split second. Again, I don't think the agent had a valid reason to open fire. He was not in any danger when he fired at her. But I think it's going too far to call this "murder."

Minnesota was investigating this before Trump chose to use this as an excuse to go after Walz and Omar.
