FBI took records from Mar A Lago covered by attorney client privilege.

But if Trump is a criminal, why would the crooked FBI allow him to

But if Trump is a criminal, why would the crooked FBI allow him to have his passport?
Well first of all the F.B.I. is not "crooked."
That's just propaganda put out there by a pissy little manchild who tantrums and calls names when he doesn't get what he wants from people.

What makes you think that criminals have to automatically surrender passports?
Did you see that in a movie or something?

The evidence screeners simply found the passports and determined they wouldn't be needed as evidence for the three crimes that Trump is going to be prosecuted for, so they returned them.

Pretty simple right?

Courts can get involved in elections if one party sues the other and the Court finds cause to sue.

He's also a Jeb Bush donor and has contributed to candidates of both parties. Judges have the same free speech and free political participation rights as you do.

He still needed to see evidence in order to sign the warrant. Trump can always appeal on grounds of invalid, insufficient evidence and I'm sure he will.

He's a real federal judge. He was appointed by other federal judges to serve as a magistrate. The only thing he can't do is preside over criminal trials.

In your uninformed opinion.

Because they tried that already and it didn't work.

Yeah, about as true as other claims of yours I've easily shot down -- like that one about the FBI ordering cameras off. How did Trump and his family watch them carry out the raid if the cameras were off, lol?
Well if he can't preside over criminal trials, he shouldn't be allowed to sign criminal warrants.

30 agents, 9 hours, 15 boxes.

WTF were they doing? That leaves a lot of panty sniffing time.
They were looking for the documents that will uncover the DOJ and FBI coup activity
That has been known all along. That still doesn't address the fact that the woman the video lied about not having a copy of the warrant or a receipt for what was taken.
Who said she lied

I remember President Trump saying he would send federal help. But no democrat mayor or governor didn't want the help
Not much of a deflection point, is it?

Sending US Marshals in-force to protect Federal property would have been a good start - but Trump didn't do it.

Declaring a City to be in a state of Insurrection and then sending Federal "regulars" would also do the trick - but Trump didn't do it.

Investigating and prosecuting the organizers ( AntiFa, BLM, etc. ) of those riots that touched-on Federal property was in order - but Trump didn't do it.

Investigating and prosecuting participants in the riots who crossed state lines to participate in violence was in order - but Trump didn't do it.

Investigating and prosecuting those who utilized Federally -regulated media to foment Insurrection was in order - but Trump didn't do it.

The truth is, Trump did the bare-bones minimum needed to make it look like he tried to help - when he knew in advance that idiot Dems would turn him down.

What he did NOT do was any of the above in order to both protect lives and property and to lessen the chances that it would ever happen again.

Wrong

Who said she lied
In the video she said they weren't given a copy of the warrant, and they haad no idea what was taken. I'm saying those were lies.

n June 2020, the Trump administration began deploying federal law enforcement forces to select cities in the United States in response to rioting and monument removals amid the George Floyd protests. Federal law enforcement elements were deployed under Operation Legend,[3][4] Operation Diligent Valor,[5][6] and the Protecting American Communities Task Force (PACT).[7][8] The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) cited an executive order regarding "monuments, memorials and statues" as allowing federal officers to be deployed without the permission of individual U.S. states,[9] as the federal government "has the right to enforce federal laws, investigate crimes and make arrests" within states.[10]

His passports were returned to him prior to him complaining about it, which makes it a moot point considering all the crimes he's committed.

Should have never taken them in the first place.

Is Trump really that stupid?

In a post around 1:30 p.m. ET Monday on Truth Social, the former President's social media platform, Trump claimed the FBI "stole" three passports.

Removal of a passport by law enforcement is serious business, indicating possible guilt and flight from justice.

Trump admits publicly the FBI removed his passport. (Two had expired.)

Fortunately for Trump, it isn't all that bad for him, but he didn't know that at the time.

CBS reports, "Passports belonging to former President Donald Trump that were taken by the FBI during the search conducted at his South Florida residence last week have been returned to the former president, a law enforcement source confirmed to CBS News.

"The source said the passports were given back to Trump after they were discovered by a "filter team," a group of federal investigators who screen the materials seized during the execution of a search warrant for privileged or extraneous information.

"The FBI said in a statement that when executing search warrants, the bureau "follows search and seizure procedures ordered by courts, then returns items that we do not need to be retained for law enforcement purposes."

Is Trump losing it?

The Post reports, "The Justice Department on Monday asked a judge to keep sealed the sworn affidavit underpinning last week’s extraordinary FBI search of former president Donald Trump’s Florida residence, a document thought to hold key details about the government’s investigation into the potential mishandling of classified materials.

"Monday’s court filing was made in response to requests from multiple media outlets, including The Washington Post, seeking the affidavit’s public release."

Trump is alleged to have committed three possible crimes, removal or destruction of classified documents, obstruction of justice, and violation of the Espionage Act.

The affidavit contains evidence of such crimes that allowed the judge to sign off on the search warrant.

How does Trump feel about making the evidence of his alleged crimes public?

“I call for the immediate release of the completely Unredacted Affidavit pertaining to this horrible and shocking BREAK-IN,” he wrote on Truth Social, his social media platform.

Nobody can be that stupid!

It seems readily apparent that Trump has lost interest in his political future, and is far more interested in learning the evidence and witnesses against him in a possible criminal trial.

In the meantime, Trump is the leader of the Republican Party. Numerous Republicans running for office seek his endorsement by claiming Biden is a fake President, and Trump is the leading candidate for the Republican Presidential nomination in 2024.

Republicans are expected to win control of Congress in November.

/——-/ Are you losing it? The FBI promised to return the passports and other documents they took. Try and keep up.
