Time to subpoena the communications of these suspects. If they conspired to cause a mutiny within the US military, they deserve to be severely punished.

What did they say that was not true? You would have a hard time convincing any judge for a subpoena based on what they claim.

They could be detained while at home, and the protections do not apply to treason, felonies, or breaching the peace.
