FBI scheduling interviews with 6 lawmakers who encouraged military members to refuse 'illegal orders'

Yes, people are, but adults, as opposed to idealist children, understand that there are right and wrong ways to go about it. Sneaking across the US border is not the right way to do that. If we don't bother enforcing immigration laws, what is the point of having a border at all? Without a border, we don't have a country. Maybe that is the ultimate goal of people like you or maybe you are just too naive to understand that would be the ultimate outcome.
People who just say “do it legally” really don’t understand the broken state of the immigration system. Numerous attempts to repair it have been torpedoed by right wing activists despite having popular support.

It doesn’t make sense to deport people who have lived and worked here for decades. No one is helped by that.
Yes, it most certainly is. Do I really need to provide examples of past Presidents acting militarily on their own accord using Article II as the justification.
Any examples of using the military against non-military targets?
Seems perfunctory since you think the president can go to war whenever they want

Only trouble there is the dems are on the defensive.

No need to. They previously authorized the actions.
Yes, and I believe that Democrats were actually in a supine position when they authorized them. Like their friend Jeffrey Epstein waiting for a massage by a teenager.

You are full of questions. It is up to you to prove that it is illegal, not for me to prove that it is legal.

But since you asked, Reagan bombed Qaddafi's home. Clinton had a few. Bush and Obama both bombed civilian targets in Yemen, Somalia and Pakistan. Obama bombed non-military targets in Libya. This is too easy.

Who said anything about going to war?

All military strikes.

The fact that Trump is hiding the legal rationale for the strikes is pretty suspicious. Not to mention all the people who resigned specifically because they don’t believe it’s legal.

Isn’t that what the department of war does?

What’s to stop the president from invading Venezuela?

What’s going to happen to them?
Nothing. The whole thing is a crock of shit drummed up by Trump & his asseater booze hound Petey because The Don is having an assbleed over it.
