Who found that the judge acted illegally and was guilty? What false evidence was prevented by the FBI?

I would say rather that the FBI far overreached the parameters of the investigation and the judge apparently let them.

Probable cause of what? Everything contained in that video was factual, like it or not. You cannot make up a conspiracy to commit treason or sedition out of the video!
