What it shows is that Comey played politics, by telling and informing the American public on Hillary investigations so close to an election without any solid information of any kind of criminality in hand, without informing the American Public on the investigations they are doing on trump's and trump campaign's connection to the Russians...

He needs to resign NOW.

If Comey DOESN'T inform the American people that Clinton is once again being investigated...wouldn't he be hiding information that the voters need to know when they go to the polls? Or is that what you really want, Care?

And Congress critters using their knowledge and power running to the press with it, should also resign their positions...

this investigation will take at least a year before they have their results from going through the 650k emails.... if something came out a year or two from now on some kind of new criminality against Hillary then we have steps to take within our govt that covers that....like impeachment.

It was NOT up to him to decide what the American people should know...to try to affect the election.

So anyone who reveals something negative about the Clinton campaign...regardless if it is factual or not...needs to be removed from office? I still don't understand why Comey didn't indict Clinton from what the FBI uncovered in the initial investigation. It's obvious she deliberately broke the law. These further emails simply show more of the same behavior plus the fact that her closest aide, Huma Abedin lied to the FBI when she stated that she'd turned over all e-mails that the FBI was requesting.

Suddenly coming from? It's not been sudden. The press has chosen to ignore Trump's background. Could you imagine any other candidate in history getting free infomercials for their hotels and golf courses?

And we know Trump's former campaign manager worked for the Russians for years. That's been public knowledge. Then Trump's son says money pours in from Russia. We know Trump owes over 600 million to the Bank of China, India, and if Trump's son's speech is any indication, Russia, because after his string of bankruptcies and the fact he lost a billion in a year, Wall Street refuses to lend him money.

Arabian Prince Talal publicly says he bailed Trump out twice.

Then there has been only a single reporter covering the Trump Foundation. But that foundation is going to be a huge problem because he has broken so many laws. Bribery, using it for a tax shelter, spending it's money on lawsuits and personal items.

And recently, the Attorney General of New York sent Trump a "Cease and Desist" order to stop collecting money. The Foundation was never certified, never approved. It's just a scam Trump created to "get over". Only it 's been found out.

What exactly is the law Trump broke? Talking to a foreign government we have diplomatic relations with?

Let me list a few.

You can't start a Foundation without state approval. It has to be certified.
It never was. There is no certification. That's against the law. That's why he received a "cease and desist" order.

He used it as a tax shelter. Because it's a charitable Foundation. That's against the law because it was never certified.

He paid a bribe from it to the Attorney General of Florida who tried to return it. The IRS fined him for that. The bribe is against the law. And that bribe is currently under investigation.

He collected money from outside the state. The puts it across state lines. That means the FBI should be investigating. They may or may not be. Who knows. No one is talking about it.

He bought an unknown number of personal items using Charity money to pay for the items. Just that is against the law. A painting costing many thousands is hanging in one of his Golf courses.

He hadn't given any money to the Foundation since 2008. And he boasts about spending "OPM" (other people's money). Now we know what he's talking about.

So what happens once the investigations are complete? He could be ordered to return all the money the foundation received going back to the when the statute of limitations cuts off. Until they do an audit, it's not known how many millions he will have to pay back. And pay it he will. Probably a hefty fine as well. The Foundation was never certified. It's a scam.

Then there is Trump University. The first court date will be November 28th, 20 days after the election. If Trump loses, which he probably will, he will be open for criminal charges for Fraud and Racketeering.

And he is scheduled to talk in a rape case in December. After his public admission that he grabs women and forces himself on them, he has already provided the evidence.

After all that, Trump could have the shortest presidency in history. We may end up with President Pence for the next four years.
