FBI doubted probable cause for Mar-a-Lago raid but pushed forward amid pressure from Biden DOJ, emails reveal

My question came after you got taken to school and back on that lie, actually.

lol, you took me to school? When…

And anyone who reads the statement of facts in the indictment (not you, not ever) will see the charges didnt arise from simple "willful retention". So that's another lie you are selling.

Who gives a shit about the SOF, the indictment is what is relevant, THAT is what the charge and what the prosecution is based on.

They’re not cattle so a flash bang doesn’t “drive them forward”.

It means go the **** home.

How stupid would you have to be to not understand this?
They utilized the flash BEHIND to drive them forward you dumbass.
Yours is the cult of the stupid, you prove that every time.

They threw flash bangs into the rioting crowd.

Anyone who is “driven forward” into the Capitol is too stupid to be considered anything other than cattle.

As Hur said, there’s no proof they were illegally procured. They were all documents Biden had used during his career.
They had to have been illegally procured to be in Biden's possession.
Use your head for once

Hmm, point out anyone who “took me to school”….im curious to see this.
There's one right up there ^^

Took you to school with the actual words from the Hur report and the Trump indictment.

As anyone can. But that exercise is over.

That’s dumb. He procured them lawfully because he was vice president who needed these documents.
He kept them after he took them. He even disclosed them to others out of a non-secure location.
Stupid to think that he didn't break the law.
All of this classified document garbage is bullshit for the gullible. That would be you

Ahem…I believe it was I who pointed out that Hur specifically said that Biden had WILLFULLY retained and disclosed classified materials. I also pointed out that the reasons they said “insufficient” was not because he wasn’t guilty, but because they didn’t think they could get a jury to convict because Biden would appear as a well meaning, elderly man, with a poor memory.

15th post
Phrased slightly different but he did... You forget the dems going ballistic over Hurs findings and comments?
Hell they made him testify in Congress.

Hur said NOTHING like that.

He didn't say Biden is a criminal, did not say he is not competent to stand trial. These claims are ******* ridiculous.

All he said is that Biden is "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" and that he won't be able to establish mens rea component beyond reasonable doubt to the jury.

He didn't say Biden is a criminal, did not say he is not competent to stand trial.
He did establish, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Biden in fact demonstrated both intent and knowingly willingly broke the law.
All he said is that Biden is "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" and that he won't be able to establish mens rea component beyond reasonable doubt to the jury.
That translates to 'Bidens not playing with a full deck, and a jury won't convict him based on that'.

He did establish, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Biden in fact demonstrated both intent and knowingly willingly broke the law.

Wrong again - he declined prosecution because he didn't think he could get a conviction.

Thats THE OPPOSITE of proving beyond reasonbale doubt, which is a reference to unanimous conviction by jury of peers.

That translates to 'Bidens not playing with a full deck, and a jury won't convict him based on that'.

It DOES NOT translate to incapacity to stand trial, which is what the other poster claimed.
