FBI doubted probable cause for Mar-a-Lago raid but pushed forward amid pressure from Biden DOJ, emails reveal

its 88 documents.

Biden cooperated and Trump obstructed.
cooperation is why Biden got off.
Yes, it's a it hard to criminally charge that he willfully retained the documents, while:

a) He cooperated with the search
b) He was the sitting President and so had a right to have those documents in his home

What’s psychotic about protecting national security {/quote]
Honesty check Mare. What the result of Biden's DNI national security threat of Trump having these documents.

Not by anyone who matters. It was a pointless lawsuit by a guy with nothing better to do but waste the time of the federal judiciary.
So you lied. Why are we not surprised.

LOL And you call Trump Mr, President. Bring us joy how much that galls you cultists

If so, you could show us a charge in Trump's indictment of which Biden was also guilty.

But you cant. Because it doesn't exist. Go check.

Of course it doesn’t exists, this has been explained. Biden should have been charged but they didn’t because they didn’t think a jury would convict an elderly man with a poor memory.

Are you suggesting that since Biden wasn’t convicted of anything, he didn’t do it? Recall, trump wasn’t charged or found guilty of insurrection, hmm? What does that mean?

The pages before page 1 is the table of contents.

Then post where they “explicitly” said so.

Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained

and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private

citizen.

That would constitute reasonable doubt. There were other reasons too.

Not reasonable doubt that he had done what they alleged, reasonable doubt because they thought, for the underlying reasons, they count secure a conviction. The first 4 or 5 pages lay out all the things he did wrong, but they conclude that, to a jury, they might not be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, due to his limited memory, and that they wouldn’t secure a conviction of an elderly man in his 80s. Even in the report, Biden admits he knew about the classified materials because he told his ghost writer he “had the classified materials downstairs”

You can repeat this claim but you can never substantiate it.

I just did.

The specifically say it was NOT SUFFICIENT.

On page 9.

I read it, but you have to read the rest of the texts round it to understand why, specifically the part of the report where they explicitly state that Biden did willfully retain and disclose classified material.

Let’s put it like this, the reasons that were given for why they didn’t charge Biden could also be used to not charge trump, given you all state that trump is in mental decline, they could use the exact same reasons. “Trump is a mentally impaired person who didn’t know what he was doing”.

Of course, you wouldn’t do that, because…trump….

I thought they said it was because the DOJ wouldn't get a conviction because Biden would come off as a nice old man to the jury.

I doubt Trump was ever thought of, as a NICE old man by the public.

We are talking about socialized insurance, though.

Newsflash: It works better than our system and does so in every other, modern country.

Really? Long life threatening waits, incredible debt, poor service, and rationing isn't success. It is failure.

The Hur report never said Biden is a mentally impaired person who didn’t know what he was doing.

There is no reasonable doubt that Trump knew he took classified documents. Moreover, you’re forgetting all the additional crimes Trump committed that Biden never did. Obstruction of justice, witness tampering, attempts to destroy evidence. There’s evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump

No quotes, however. Doesn't that trouble you?
“People say this was unprecedented, well, it’s also unprecedented for a president to take all this classified information and put them in a country club, okay?” Barr said on Fox News.

“I think the driver on this from the beginning was loads of classified information sitting in Mar-A-Lago,” Barr said in a Fox News interview.

“People say this was unprecedented, well, it’s also unprecedented for a president to take all this classified information and put them in a country club, okay?” Barr said

But if Trump indeed “stood over scores of boxes, not really knowing what was in them and said, I hereby declassify everything in here that would be such an abuse and that shows such recklessness that it’s almost worse than taking the documents,” Barr said.

“No. I can’t think of a legitimate reason why they should have been – could be taken out of government, away from the government if they are classified,” Barr said

“Because frankly, I think it’s highly improbable, and second, if in fact he sort of stood over scores of boxes, not really knowing what was in them and said ‘I hereby declassify everything in here,’ that would be such an abuse and that shows such recklessness, it’s almost worse than taking the documents,” he said.

“Let me just say, I think the driver on this from the beginning was loads of classified information sitting in Mar-a-Lago. People say this [raid] was unprecedented – well, it’s also unprecedented for a president to take all this classified information and put them in a country club, okay,” Barr said.
