And then you compain that I insult you....you basicaly insult yourself.
Why do you want me to swallow what left wing mills say?

He was told to return all documents with classified markings.

It’s not hard to figure out what documents were responsive to the subpoena. The classified markings are designed to be very noticeable.
Yup. Subpeona. Your cult had it planned all along. Blew up in you faces though. LOL
I don’t know what you mean by “Bubba fighting it 10 years after”, but I assume you are referring to the recordings he made for himself.
So there was no fight over whether they were personal or Presidential? Really?

Why do you want me to swallow what left wing mills say?

....do I really need to spell this out?

You are obviously coming from the right and so it's the RIGHTY partisan mills that you are inclined to uncritically belive because they confirm your bias.

I'm obviously coming from the left so equivalent would be me uncritically taking in whatever LEFTY partisan mills serve up.

A subpoena was the nice way of handling it. If it had been anyone else, they’d have just shown up with a search warrant. Trump should have complied with the subpoena, as he was legally required to do.

A fight? No. Everyone whose opinion actually matters thought they were personal. There was no fight between NARA, the DoJ and Clinton.

Not true at all. Nobody had given it a single thought, until the National Archives tired of asking Trump to comply with the law and referred the matter to the DOJ. And then Trump just kept right on a'crimin': he lied to the courts, he lied to investigators, he defied court orders ...

And that is how you get raided. If one were to write a prescription on how to get your home raided, that's what it would look like.

it’s literally on page 1 of the Hur Report. Did you read it? Did you read THE FIRST PAGE?

Did you read the pages before that? They explicitly state they found that Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials. He said they said it was insufficient because they felt the JURY wouldn’t convict based on the underlying reasons, which amount to poor memory and “I forgot they were there”.

The fact is, the Hur report DID say he WILLFULLY retained and disclosed classified materials.

They found sufficient evidence that he did indeed retain the material as shown by their statement saying so

LOL And how did they know Trump had these docs, when Biden literally had thousands of more that Trump ever did. It was a set up, from day 1, when they told him to **** him self on getting his papers to MAL. You can acknowledge the set up. You tired and it blew up in your faces
A fight? No. Everyone whose opinion actually matters thought they were personal.
Bubbs claimed they were personal
There was no fight between NARA, the DoJ and Clinton.
Of course not. They stole half the WH furniture and silverware and they didn't a ****. THey loved the CLintons

If so, you could show us a charge in Trump's indictment of which Biden was also guilty.

But you cant. Because it doesn't exist. Go check.
The main differences are the volume and handling: Trump had hundreds of classified files (thousands of documents total) stored haphazardly at Mar-a-Lago, leading to federal charges including obstruction, while Biden had a much smaller number (around 88 documents/notebooks) from his VP years, which his team voluntarily disclosed and cooperated with investigators to retrieve, resulting in no charges for him. Trump fought retrieval and allegedly tried to hide evidence; Biden's team immediately notified authorities and returned materials.

The pages before page 1 is the table of contents.
They explicitly state they found that Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials.
Then post where they “explicitly” said so.
He said they said it was insufficient because they felt the JURY wouldn’t convict based on the underlying reasons, which amount to poor memory and “I forgot they were there”.
That would constitute reasonable doubt. There were other reasons too.
The fact is, the Hur report DID say he WILLFULLY retained and disclosed classified materials.
You can repeat this claim but you can never substantiate it.
They found sufficient evidence that he did indeed retain the material as shown by their statement saying so
The specifically say it was NOT SUFFICIENT.

On page 9.

Bullshit. The Vegetable had thousands of more docs than Trump did. Tons that were stolen from a SCIF in his Senate days.
