A subpoena was the nice way of handling it. If it had been anyone else, they’d have just shown up with a search warrant. Trump should have complied with the subpoena, as he was legally required to do.

He said they said it was insufficient because they felt the JURY wouldn’t convict based on the underlying reasons, which amount to poor memory and “I forgot they were there”.

The fact is, the Hur report DID say he WILLFULLY retained and disclosed classified materials.

They found sufficient evidence that he did indeed retain the material as shown by their statement saying so
