Three fired FBI agents have filed a class action suit against the Trump DOJ for wrongful dismissal. The suit alleges that the agents were fired because they were assigned to work on criminal investigations of Donald Trump and/or the January 6th insurrectionists.
This would appear to be a complete slam dunk for the claimants, given the numberous of public statements made by Bondi, Blanche, Trump and Patel confirming their reasons for firing these agents.

Former FBI agents are seeking class-action status for a lawsuit on behalf of all of the bureau’s employees fired since January of 2025 “on the basis of perceived political affiliation, without being afforded due process.”
